Rest assured, working with MSS Health & Fitness comes with a vast level of experience within the industry. I am a fully qualified REPs Level 3 Fitness Professional (personal trainer, group exercise instructor, strength and conditioning coach and sports nutritionist), who has been working within the health and fitness industry for the past 12 years and a successful personal trainer for 9 of those years.

I studied Fitness and Personal Training at university for 3 years and have a sporting background in gymnastics, which I competed regionally and nationally for 10 years. The knowledge I have gained through my education and competitive sporting background, has given me first-hand experience and extensive knowledge on what it takes to commit, set and achieve specific goals. The aim for every client I take on is to set them, construct unique and enjoyable sessions to achieve those goals whilst transforming your whole lifestyle. Every body, every person is unique and will be treated individually. Personalised nutrition plans are created for each and every client that takes on the challenge to transform their lives.
